Onlyjimnys pty ltd has no control over how Products are installed or used. We are not liable for any injury, death, or property damage arising from vehicle operation or product use. We make no guarantees that our Products comply with local, state, or federal road-use laws.

Aftermarket modifications may void factory warranties, affect insurance coverage, or breach legal requirements. It is your responsibility to determine if a Product is suitable or compliant with applicable laws. Products are used at your own risk.

We do not accept liability for any illegal or improper use of our Products.

Acceptance -
By using the Website and purchasing or using our Products, you agree to these Terms and will be bound by them. Due to the specialised nature of our Products, we recommend reading these Terms carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or our Products.

Revisions -
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon being published on the Website. Continued use of the Website indicates your acceptance of any revisions.

Warranty -
We will repair or replace (at our discretion) any Product with a manufacturing defect under normal use.

Products returned for assessment will be inspected within a reasonable timeframe. Delays may occur depending on part availability.

Labour, assessment, and freight charges may apply if the issue is not covered under warranty. Recommended installers are not affiliated with Only Jimny's. Warranty claims must be made directly through us.

Installer labour costs are not reimbursed under any circumstances.
Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover misuse, negligence, modifications, or improper installation or use.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item due to an internal error, we will arrange an exchange or refund (subject to availability). Contact us with your order number and details of the error. Return postage is your responsibility unless we confirm otherwise.

Refund Policy -
We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect ordering or change of mind. A restocking fee of up to 50% applies. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us. Once approved, the item must be sent to our address with a note indicating your preference for an exchange or refund. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges -
Exchanges are available for unused, undamaged items returned in original packaging within 10 days of delivery. All return postage is at the buyer’s expense. Shipping fees are not refundable.

We reserve the right to decline exchanges on damaged or incomplete goods. Custom, limited edition, or discontinued items cannot be exchanged or refunded due to incorrect selection or change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Products -
If you receive a faulty or damaged Product, contact us immediately. You must return the item for inspection. If a fault is confirmed, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund. If no fault is found, return shipping will not be refunded.

We do not send replacements before receiving the original item. In urgent cases, a $1,000 holding fee may be charged and refunded once the faulty item is returned.

Product Development -
Products are under continuous development and may be updated or discontinued without notice.

Ordering and Payment -
All orders are treated as offers to purchase and may be declined at our discretion. Full payment is required before dispatch.

We may request additional information to verify your order. Payment and tracking confirmation will be sent via email once processed.

Prices -
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping -
We ship orders using Australia Post, DHL, or other trusted courier services. Tracking is provided and remains the customer’s responsibility. Orders will only be dispatched once full shipping payment has been received.

Product Risk and Title
Ownership of goods transfers to you once payment is received and the order is dispatched. Risk transfers upon delivery.

Intellectual Property -
All content on the Website is the property of Only Jimny's unless otherwise stated. You may only use content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Content may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

Website Use & Availability -
The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service or error-free access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. We are not liable for outages or errors.

Unsolicited Contact -
Email addresses published on the Website must not be used for unsolicited communications, spam, or unauthorised marketing.
